تنگه چاهکوه: در 70 کيلومتری شهر قشم و در حوالی روستای چاهوی شرقی، در بخش غربی ساحل شمالی جزيره قشم دو دره عمود برهم با دیواره های عمودى بلند ديده مى‌ شوند. در کف يکى از دره ها که امتداد تقريباً شمالى جنوبى دارد حفره های کم‌ عمق و نيمه عميق چاه مانندی وجود دارد. جنس ديواره‌ها عمدتاً از ماسه‌ سنگ آهکى سست بوده و به‌دليل وجود ميان لايه‌هاى مارن قرمز، سيلت و آهک شاهد انحلال و فرسايش‌ هاى شديد در اين بخش ها هستيم به‌ نحوى که در تمامى طول ديواره دره حفره‌ های متعدد کوچک و بزرگ نمايان هستند. این دره که نمايشی از فرسايش سنگ های رسوبی است يکی از مهم ترين جاذبه های گردشگری جزيره قشم است. $وت آرون ( معبد سپیده دم): معبدی بودایی در منطقه یای در شهر بانکوک کشور تایلند. این معبد در غرب ساحل رودخانه چائو فرایا نقطه مقابل قصر بزرگ یا گرند پالس واقع شده است. نام کامل این معبد Wat Arunratchawararam Ratchaworamahawihan است. تاریخچه این معبد به دوران پیش از انتقال پایتخت تایلند به قسمت های جنوبی تر یعنی به شهرهای «تون بوری» و بعد از آن بانکوک در زمان حکمرانی سلطان تکسین باز می گردد. این معبد که نام آن برگرفته از خدای سپیده دم هندو، آرونا Aruna است، نمایی بسیار تماشایی از سطح رودخانه مجاور دارد. گنبد مخروطی شکل معبد با ارتفاع 82 متر با میلیون ها تکه کوچک ظروف چینی که توسط شهروندان تایلندی در زمان پادشاهی سلطان مونگوت یارامای چهارم به معبد اهدا شده بود، تزئین شده است. گنبد مرکزی که سمبلی از کوه مرو Meru یا کوه اسطوره ای بودایی است، به وسیله چهار گنبد کوچک تر در چهار گوشه معبد احاطه شده که در بین هر یک از این گنبدها یک بارگاه قرار گرفته است. بهترین زمان بازدید از این معبد سپیده دم زمان گرگ و میش هوا می باشد وقتی اولین اشعه های نور خورشید به زمین می تابد. Wat Arun (Temple of the Dawn) is a Buddhist temple (wat) in the Bangkok Yai district of Bangkok, Thailand, on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River. The full name of the temple is Wat Arunratchawararam Ratchaworamahawihan, is one of Bangkok\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s best know landmark. It stands on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River in Thon Buri. Wat Arun is best seen from the opposite bank of the river; it glistens in the sunlight during the day and stands dark and noble at dawn or dusk.$
